Static and dynamic analyses are mainly performed in this group. In these analyses, system behavior can be considered as linear and nonlinear. Strength analysis is mostly performed for metals such as steel and aluminum, however, design inputs and suggestions are presented for the selection of special materials such as composite, rubber, and foam to guide our customers and improve the design.
Resonance controls are performed according to the excitation sources of the investigated region or the whole system by determining the natural frequency under defined environmental and operational conditions of the structure. In this way, while the life of the building is prolonged, the operational efficiency of the system can be kept at the highest level.
In cases where there is a possibility of resonance, vibration level analysis is performed. So that necessary design improvements can be made to verify that the vibration level on the structure or system is within acceptable limits. It is also ensured that our customers comply with the standards (such as ISO 6954-2000 etc.).
Especially for defense Industry equipment, vibration resistance analyses are carried out in accordance to the standards such as MIL-STD-167 and MIL-STD-810. In this way, necessary design improvements are performed in order to expose the equipment to vibration loads in certain frequency ranges reflecting the operating conditions and to protect its structural integrity.
For defense industry projects, shock analyses are performed in accordance with military standards such as MIL-S-901, BV 043 and STANAG 4141.
Connection strength controls such as vibration and shock absorber control, reduced shock load calculation, equipment shock structural strength control, bolt analysis are performed in line with the needs of our customers.
